  • The year is 1919. The sale of Alcohol has been prohibited, yet some intrepid entrepreneurs have taken it upon themselves to quench a thirsty public! Are you a copcharged with the task of keeping the peace and rooting out criminals? Or are you asmuggler, dodging the law, and carting hooch to the buyer?

    Designer: Brendon Trombley & Shula Ponet

    Brendon is a game designer and educator with Institute of Play. He is responsible for designing and supporting the successful implementation of game-based learning materials and activities at Quest to Learn, a NYC public school.

    Brendon has been a designer and organizer for big games festivals in New York, San Francisco, Pittsburgh, Athens.

    Shula Ponet is an Institute of Play game designer. She works with teachers and curriculum designers at NYC public school, Quest to Learn, to develop games and game-like activities that are used in the classroom. Shula loves designing physical and location-based games that encourage players to interact with their environment in new and exciting ways.
