Light Play

LightPlay is a non-digital game that promotes creative learning through social, constructive, investigative and expressive play.

The goal of this game is to create a story using objects created from color shadow and different shapes. Players will use the objects they have created throughout the game to tell a fun, creative story . Let the most creative LightPlayer win!

Designers – Jaehyun Kim, Jungyeon Choe, Jullia Suhyoung Lim

Jullia Suhyoung Lim is a member of LightPlay, a group of passionate individuals that create technological solutions for education. She recently completed her Master of Arts degree in Instructional Technology and Media at Teachers College, Columbia University. Jullia likes decomposing and playifying boring concepts. As a former teacher, she highly values creativity in education, and is passionate about using technology and gamification in learning.

Jung Yeon Choe is a member of LightPlay, a group of passionate individuals that create technological solutions for education. She is a Masters of Arts candidate in Design and Development of Digital Games at Teachers College, Columbia University. She grew up playing games and decided to contribute to the gaming community by developing /designing games. She loves to explore new game mechanics and discussing how to improve games.

Jaehyun is also a member of LightPlay and she loves to design games!
